The Scoop on the 2021 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider
Here at Essence Alfa Romeo, we pride ourselves on our advanced automotive technology. One of our longstanding models, the Alfa Romeo 4C, is what some call a supercar. While this model is being retired in 2022, the automaker is sending it off with a special-edition model, dubbed the 33 Stradale Tributo, that pays tribute to the iconic 1967 Stradale sports car. Here’s what we know about the new 2021 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider.
What We Know Now About the 2021 Alfa Romeo 4C Spider
With an extremely limited-edition run, just 33 special edition models are being produced for distribution in North America—hence the 33 in the name. This rear-wheel-drive, mid-engine sports car may seem petite, but it packs a perfectly balanced punch for its size and weight.
The 2021 model year will feature a 1.75-liter turbocharged engine that makes 240 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, which pairs with a six-speed twin-clutch transmission with adjustable drive modes. Those lucky enough to drive one of these models can take it from zero to 60 MPH in the blink of an eye—just over four seconds.
While the drivetrain isn’t massively different from the 2020 model year, the real differences come in the appearance. A gorgeous red-tinted tri-color paint job sets the 2021 model apart from any other Alfa Romeo 4C Spider, and a red-transparent carbon-fiber monocoque chassis will confirm the limited-run vehicle. Grey-gold alloy wheels—18 inches in the front, 19 inches in the rear—complete the unique exterior look.
The stock of these cars is limited, but our Hurst, TX Alfa Romeo dealer has plenty of new and pre-owned vehicles on our lot for you to check out. Visit us today to learn more.
